What is coaching
The best athletes and leaders did not achieve their success alone. They worked with coaches who believed in their potential and pushed them beyond their imagination.
The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.
The relationship between the coach and the coachee is a partnership where the coachees are experts in their experiences and the coach supports and challenges the coachees throughout the coaching process. When individuals or teams feel stuck after trying different actions, overwhelmed by too many ideas to take the first step, or have difficulty finding focus, coaching can be the partnership they need to move them forward. Coaching only adds value when coachees are interested in improvement and commit to the process of change and taking actions.

How does coaching work?
Coaching occurs in a series of collaborative conversations where we explore what you want to achieve, uncover what has held you back, and develop strategies to propel you forward. I will be your accountability partner, providing support and challenging you to step out of your comfort zone. Through our work together, you will uncover your own hidden treasures, gain clarity, find focus, and develop solutions to your challenges.
During our first session, we will define your overall goal for coaching, and determine the first step to get there. At the end of each session, you will walk away with action steps to take between sessions. At the beginning of each subsequent sessions, we will reflect on your results and adjust if needed, and build upon successes of your previous actions.
I strictly adhere to International Coach Federation’s code of ethics including confidentiality.
Before we formalize our partnership, we will discuss more details about the process through a 20-minute complimentary clarity call, and determine if we should work together.
What does coaching require?
Achieving new heights in career and leadership calls for time and financial investment.
Coaching is a process and transformative work requires time to see long-impact results. Research shows it can take up to three coaching sessions to start seeing the benefits. Depending on what clients need to achieve, I work with them in 2 to 6 month long coaching containers. Packages will provide you the necessary space to explore, take actions, refine, and be supported throughout. When you are willing to commit to the process and actions wholeheartedly, you will start to see results sooner.
We typically meet every two weeks, with email support on quick questions and encouragement in between sessions. I can customize the cadence that best serve you.
Coaching packages start at $1500. Schedule a complimentary clarity call and we will identify which package best suits you.
